Panorama Pražačka is designed for a round plot of land bordered by Za žižkovskou vozovnou a Kunešova streets, in Žižkov, a traditional residential district of Prague. The project offers living in an absolutely tranquil and private style as this is an end locality where only its residents arrive. The main arterial road of Žižkov, Koněvova street, is separated from the locality by several existing blocks of apartments, which ensures a true oasis of serenity.
Prague's Žižkov is one of traditional and highly desired residential localities. It is distinguished especially by its developed infrastructure and complete community facilities, as well as by easy transport accessibility of the very centre of Prague. The district is renowned for a number of pubs, cafes, shops, and also for abundant cultural facilities – Jára Cimrman Theatre, Aero Cinema or Palác Akropolis are some of these. The large Pražačka park namely starts right in front of the house, passing into the Vítkov park in the west direction, where the well-known National Memorial is also found. Pražačka Sports and Recreational Area is situated right next to the project, whose facilities include but are not limited to an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, tennis and volleyball courts, and soccer and basketball fields or courts. Additional sports areas can be found at the nearby sports facility of Balkán.
The large park of Pražačka starts descending virtually outside the window; the residential house is constructed on a kind of a promontory, offering an unrepeatable panoramic view of Prague from the higher floors, while apartments on lower situated floors will have a view of the peaceful greenery of the park.
Pražačka Sports and Recreational Area is found right next to the project. Among others, it offers an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a soccer field, and many other sports areas.
The tram stop "Vozovna Žižkov" with several tram lines (1, 9, 11 and 58) is just a few minutes walk away. It takes 20 minutes to reach the centre of Prague by tram, and 10 minutes to arrive at the metro A station "Želivského".
The city highway (Wilsonova) can be reached by car in less then 10 min. It takes less than 5 min to reach Spojovací arterial road, and no more than 15 min to arrive at Štěrboholská spojka (Štěrboholská highway).
